We are currently in search of a Deputy Team Leader for our Workshop. This role will involve reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, motivate, and oversee the dedicated teams.
  • Organize activities and manage the administrative tasks related to the Workshop.
  • Ensure the successful completion of various assignments.
  • Uphold and enforce hygiene and safety standards.
  • Oversee inventory management and restocking processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You are energetic, patient, and possess strong interpersonal abilities (with colleagues, clients, and suppliers).
  • Recognized for your organizational capabilities, attention to detail, reporting skills, and proficiency in computer applications (business software).
  • Your educational background: high school diploma with substantial work experience, up to BAC + 2.
  • A prior experience in procurement, logistics, or team leadership is advantageous.

Job Details:

  • Contract type: minimum 3-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.
  • Working hours: to be determined during the interview process.
  • Shift: day shift.
  • With equal qualifications, preference will be given to candidates holding a RQTH.
