As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering technical knowledge and support to our customers, enabling them to solve problems with our systems and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical knowledge of ZF products to customers
- Develop problem-solving skills to address customer needs
- Participate in expanding our Service Partners network
- Implement fleets and digital solution initiatives
- Meet sales targets for allocated customers or region
- Implement campaigns and product-related initiatives
- Provide technical training and support to customers
- Maintain excellent customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Distribute relevant ZF product documentation
- Represent ZF as an ambassador
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering degree
- Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written)
- Customer service and industry experience (over 3 years)
- High level of computer skills
- Valid driving license
- Strong commercial and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and dedicated
- Systematic and pragmatic approach to work
- Flexible, good communicator, and team player
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours if required
- Willingness to travel
