At ZF, we're seeking a skilled Technical Field Sales Representative to join our team in West Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering technical knowledge and support to our customers, enabling them to solve problems with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical knowledge of ZF products to customers
  • Develop problem-solving skills to address customer needs
  • Participate in expanding our Service Partners network
  • Implement fleets and digital solution initiatives
  • Meet sales targets for allocated customers or region
  • Implement campaigns and product-related initiatives
  • Provide technical training and support to customers
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Distribute relevant ZF product documentation
  • Represent ZF as an ambassador

Requirements:

  • Relevant engineering degree
  • Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written)
  • Customer service and industry experience (over 3 years)
  • High level of computer skills
  • Valid driving license
  • Strong commercial and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated and dedicated
  • Systematic and pragmatic approach to work
  • Flexible, good communicator, and team player
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work beyond regular hours if required
  • Willingness to travel
