At McCain Foods, we are seeking a highly skilled Methods Maintenance Manager to join our European team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and maintainability of our equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies and plans to reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
- Work closely with project engineering to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
- Participate in the development of design and installation specifications, commissioning plans, and acceptance tests.
- Guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
- Assist in the development of Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Standard Maintenance Procedures.
- Train maintenance and operation employees to expected Reliability Centered Maintenance practices.
- Track production losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets, and develop plans to reduce those losses.
- Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or electronic fields.
- Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience in a food or FMCG manufacturing facility.
- Knowledge and experience of condition inspection techniques and test equipment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute reliability improvement strategies and plans.
- Applied knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices and principles.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, SAP, or similar, and MicroStrategy.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence.
