PF BOIS is a family-operated enterprise that has been active in the wooden construction sector since 2017. We focus on bespoke wooden house builds, wooden extensions, and traditional carpentry techniques. Our operations include a sawmill that procures timber from local and regional sources.

We are seeking a skilled supervisor to manage our wooden structure initiatives:

• Oversee a small team of 2 to 3 individuals, including mentoring apprentices.
• Plan and coordinate construction sites independently.
• Construct and install wooden frameworks (such as kit houses and extensions) in accordance with provided plans and specifications.
• Supervise the assembly of prefabricated components.
• Ensure that safety regulations are adhered to on-site.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in carpentry or joinery, with a keen interest in leadership roles.

OR

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position within wooden construction.
• A strong passion for woodworking and a desire to be part of a family-run business.
• Must be diligent, proactive, motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Position Details:

• Permanent full-time role, 35 hours spread over 4 days: 7:30-12:00/12:45-17:00.
• Salary range of €2180 to €2560 gross monthly, based on experience.
