Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties include:Overseeing a team of cleaning personnel;Manage and coordinate a group of 20 to 25 cleaning staff;Plan, organize, and monitor daily cleaning operations;Evaluate the services rendered and relay information to upper management;Onboard and integrate new cleaning staff;Train cleaning personnel on essential tasks (techniques, products, equipment, behaviors, etc.);Implement and uphold hygiene and safety protocols on-site;Conduct safety briefings on-site.Foster Client Relationships:Perform quality assessments of cleaning services;Guarantee customer satisfaction through high service standards;Monitor adherence to prevention strategies and safety protocols;Ensure compliance with fundamental cleaning tasks (equipment, products, uniforms, schedules, work methodologies, etc.);Optimize resource utilization to fulfill client requirements;Arrange site inspections: quality evaluations, on-site visits, safety briefings.Deliver Cleaning Services:Engage in cleaning, maintenance, and related activities;Adhere to specific and mandatory instructions;Address client-specific requests;Meet established deadlines;Adjust work organization to defined schedules.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 19:00.

Candidate Profile

Previous experience in business services or specifically in the cleaning sector is essential.

You should possess strong organizational abilities and a sense of accountability.

You excel in inspiring and managing teams.

Familiarity with computer tools and word processing is advantageous.
