Airbus UpNext: Lead 5G Non-Terrestrial-Network Exploration

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead the exploration of 5G Non-Terrestrial-Network capabilities via space platforms. This position offers a fixed mission for three years, providing a unique opportunity to drive innovation and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Validation Strategy for the project, ensuring seamless integration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate Validation Activities and interface with major component providers, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Ensure Design Validation in compliance with quality and safety standards, guaranteeing the highest level of excellence.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, leveraging expertise and resources.
- Coordinate Ground and In-Orbit Test Executions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements:
- Passion for technology and science, with a strong focus on innovation and growth.
- Experience in Validation and Deployment of complex engineering projects, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in Benefits Mapping, Risk Management, and Resource Planning, with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong Leadership and Team Motivation skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
- Ability to set and meet goals, develop schedules, and monitor progress, with a focus on results-driven delivery.

- Fluency in English is mandatory, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
