Marketing Opportunity at Team ITG

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and proactive marketeer to work as part of a fast-growing Client Services Team at Team ITG for our Kingfisher client.

Team ITG are responsible for delivering all multi-channel strategy, creative and activation, content production and digital transformation for Kingfisher across their 40 OEB's.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Account Manager with a strong agency marketing background who is excited to be able to contribute to the success of delivering multi-channel campaigns.

You will be able to take a client brief and translate it into a thorough and insightful brief for our creative teams. You will work with and develop relationships with our planning, scheduling and design teams to ensure we get the best work out. You will (with instinct and insight) be able to assess the creative to know whether it is on brief and right for client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideally you will come from a creative agency background or a client-side marketing role or mix of both and have experience working on a diverse mix of strategic projects
  • Must be French and English speaking / bilingual
  • You would ideally have a mix of B2C and B2B experience, but the latter is a must
  • Retail experience is vital, along with a customer focused background – you have a service-led mentality, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • You will understand and have experience in the Local Marketing channel as well as cross region and multi language execution
  • You will have a solid understanding of creative processes. You will be able to take a client brief and translate it into a thorough and insightful brief for our creative teams
  • You will work with and develop relationships with our scheduling and design teams to ensure we get the best work out
  • You will (with instinct and insight) be able to assess the creative to know whether it is on brief and right for client
  • You will have a good knowledge of all marketing disciplines and multi-channel activation. Working with a team of expert planners, strategists, and insight specialists – you will want to have a point of view and add value to the delivery of all marketing plans and activation
  • You will enjoy being part of an all-agency rostered team and contributing to all agency sessions
  • Delivering amazing client services and building relationships should be part of your DNA
  • Experience in a customer service role for brand and/or retail clients
  • You will need to be comfortable with working across multiple tech platforms progressing projects through workflow, DAM and automated production platforms
  • The ideal candidate will also have some film and photography production and content production experience.
  • Computer literate and conversant to a high standard in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Highly numerate and commercially aware
  • Good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
  • Preferably have some team management experience
  • Second-to-none project management & organisational skills
  • Experience of a multi-discipline agency with a specialism in at least one area.
