Keller Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Technology Training Specialist to join our team. As a Technology Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our clients on Microsoft and other technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for clients on Microsoft and other technology products.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our training programs are relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Competence in addressing common hardware and software issues.
- Native French proficiency with fluent English.
- Proven experience in conducting technology training sessions, workshops, or seminars.
- Experience in planning, designing, and delivering training programs.
- Experience in providing one-on-one tech support or coaching, especially in a corporate or professional setting.
- Proficiency in developing training content, manuals, online learning modules, or other educational materials.
- Ability to tailor content to various skill levels and learning styles.
- A background in providing excellent customer service or user support, as this role requires interacting with a diverse group of employees.
- Proficiency in using online training platforms and tools.
- Experience in conducting on-site training sessions at different locations.
- Ability to adapt content to suit various learning styles and skill levels.
- Excellent customer service skills, essential for a diverse workplace.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), or similar credentials.
- Skills in creating well-designed, engaging, and effective training programs and materials.
- Italian/Spanish language proficiency.
- Experience in e-learning development.
