Position Overview
At ADMR, we are dedicated to providing impactful services within the community.

We are seeking a
HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT (H/F) to deliver essential support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those facing chronic health challenges.

Your role will encompass a variety of duties, including:

  • Administering personal hygiene assistance
  • Assessing individual needs
  • Promoting independence
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Collaborating with a diverse healthcare team
  • Providing guidance and support to clients

Ideal candidates will possess a DEAS diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, adaptability, keen observational abilities, a collaborative mindset, and a valid driver's license.

This role offers the potential for either a permanent or temporary contract, with remuneration aligned with the collective agreement category applicable in your area.
