About the Job:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Relaunching patient communications via phone, email, or mail to support our network of dental centers
  • Processing and reconciling patient payments, identifying outstanding balances, and following up with centers to ensure timely payment
  • Analyzing and reporting on the activity of each dental center, providing insights to our management team
  • Providing administrative support to our team members, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Preparing and presenting reports on patient activity and center performance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field, such as business administration or healthcare management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
