Nous recherchons un(e) Data Analyst Senior F/H au sein de notre équipe intégrée dans les équipes de la DSID de la Business Lien Epargne Patrimoniale.
Contenu du PosteVos principales missions seront de :
- Contribuer à la conception et l'évolution des produits data de l'univers Epargne Patrimoniale par rapport aux cas d'usage et à la mise à disposition de nouvelles données dans le Data Hub ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec son data owner, les Data Steward et autres parties prenantes ;
- Maitriser, gérer et documenter la donnée métier Epargne Patrimoniale du glossaire (définition, association, attributs, nomenclature,...) ;
- Définir et maintenir le(s) modèle(s) de données sémantiques et le(s) Modèle(s) Conceptuel(s) de Données (MCD) ;
- Maintenir et vérifier la bonne documentation et le bon usage du catalogue de données et du catalogue de produits data ;
- Mettre en place des procédures de remédiation et de normalisation des données de l'Epargne Patrimoniale afin de maintenir leur qualité ;
- Maîtriser le cycle de vie et le lignage des données, de leurs collectes à leurs utilisations, et les processus métier associés ;
- Gérer et maintenir les métadonnées liées aux produits data de son périmètre ;
- Mesurer et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité des données ;
- Générer des rapports afin d'évaluer la qualité et la conformité de son périmètre
De formation supérieure Bac +4/5, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans sur ce type de poste, vous disposez de bonnes connaissances sur la gestion des données et maîtrisez les outils d'échange de données.
Les connaissances suivantes sont indispensables :
- Une culture générale IT
- Des concepts de DataMesh et de modélisation
- Connaissance des normes et des outils de développement
- La maîtrise des langages de requêtage (sql)
- Les outils d'échange de données de type Stambia
- Maitriser les outils de data gouvernance (Qualité de données, dictionnaire,...)
Les connaissances suivantes seraient appréciées :
- Les outils d'analyse de la donnée (BO, Qliksense)
- Les activités d'Epargne Patrimoniale
- Les cycles de vie Projet et Maintenance
- Les méthodes agiles
Doté(e) d'un bon sens relationnel et d'écoute, vous possédez de bonnes qualités d'analyse, de synthèse ainsi que des capacités de communication écrite comme orale.
Vous avez une forte appétence pour les problématiques DATA et l'urbanisation de la donnée.
Votre capacité à fédérer dans une démarche agile, participative et collaborative est un atout essentiel. Vous êtes pragmatique, curieux, force de proposition et avez la capacité de proposer des actions concrètes dans une démarche d'amélioration continue.
