Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Producer to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our production division, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of image and film experiences, coordinating with creative talents, and ensuring the quality and success of projects on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Production division of VISORE LAB and manage production assistants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Project Leadership: Lead the development, planning, and execution of film and image projects, ensuring that the creative vision is realized while maintaining control over the budget and schedule.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation without compromising quality. Project finance and film funds knowledge are a plus.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with directors, writers, artists, and other creatives to develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with the overall creative vision.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the production process.
- Resource Coordination: Oversee the sourcing and management of all production resources, including talent, locations, equipment, and post-production facilities.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards, conducting regular reviews and addressing any issues that arise during production.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects stay on track and within scope.
Requirements
- Experience in image and film production, art direction, and set design.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of photography, CGI, and motion design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with new-gen platforms and online-offline solutions.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies.
- Relevant degree or certification in a related field.
