Role Overview:- Oversee the development and manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to Quality, Cost, and Delivery standards.
- Facilitate technical team operations, managing product specifications, technical evaluations, and client validation.
- Assess resource needs, analyze project requirements, and effectively manage modifications.
- Establish and convey project schedules, track performance metrics, and rectify any discrepancies from objectives.
- Control expenses, identify potential risks, and enhance production workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years in project management and product innovation.
- Excellent communication abilities, both within the organization and with clients, with proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
