ProductLife Group is seeking an experienced IS Transition Manager to join our team. As an IS Transition Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful transition and integration of new and changing Information Systems Applications within the company.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate major IS transitions, including technological, operational, and affiliate integrations.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and senior management to develop a comprehensive transition and integration plan.
- Ensure transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
- Identify potential risks and challenges during the transition phase and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new systems or processes.
- Establish performance metrics and track the progress of the transition and integration process.
- Act as the point of contact for IT-related matters within the company.
- At least 2 years' experience in managing complex IS transition and integration projects.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Solid knowledge of transition and change management methodology.
- Expertise in project management, transition documentation, tools, and templates.
- Sound knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Advanced understanding of IT and IS technology concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solution-oriented and result-driven.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, change management, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
Language: English (fluently spoken and technical), French.
