As an Esthetic Consultant at Yves Rocher, your role will involve delivering outstanding customer service, advocating for our product range, and ensuring a pleasant and well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and sell beauty services including hair removal, skincare treatments, and facials
  • Offer knowledgeable product suggestions to clients
  • Foster and maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service
  • Assist in promotional events and uphold store presentations
  • Help create a friendly and tidy boutique atmosphere

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification in esthetics (CAP, BP, or BTS)
  • Enthusiastic about sales and beauty products
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
