As a leader in the recruitment sector, RAS Interim is seeking a Skilled Welder to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Executing MAG welding on pre-assembled components;
- Preparing and cleaning materials before and after the welding process;
- Supporting basic assembly tasks under guidance;
- Facilitating the movement of welded components to ensure smooth production flow;
- Conducting visual inspections of your work and promptly reporting any discrepancies.
Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in setting up welding machinery and performing welds in accordance with established procedures and standards;
- Demonstrated motivation and readiness for a long-term engagement.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage with a 10% end-of-assignment bonus and 10% paid leave;
- 3.5% contribution to a savings plan;
- Option for weekly advance payments;
- Access to dedicated support services (insurance, housing, childcare, transportation).
