About the Role:
As a key member of PowerUp Talent's team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative vision for one of our top casual mobile games. You will collaborate closely with the Game Director and the team to develop innovative gameplay mechanics, optimize player experiences, and ensure the game is a perfect fit for its target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative process, proposing game ideas, mechanics, and visions that will set the game apart.
- Leverage market knowledge to design engaging and easy-to-understand game systems.
- Analyze player behavior and game performance to optimize KPIs and drive exceptional results.
- Ensure an excellent in-game user experience (UX) to provide the best possible experience for players.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and contribute innovative ideas for future projects.
- Work hand in hand with the development team, contributing to the game's design within the Unity engine.
- Provide clear and simple communication of complex design concepts to team members.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience designing free-to-play (F2P) mobile games.
- Expertise in mobile and/or casual gaming.
- Basic knowledge of Unity is required, as you will collaborate directly with the development team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design concepts.
- A keen eye for both art and UX design is highly valued.
