Job Description
As a member of the CIO CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) Risk – Credit & Reporting team, you will be responsible for leading the Rating & LGD (Loss Given Default) team in implementing internal rating and LGD models. This team is crucial in the credit process, and you will be involved in regulatory projects, technical optimization, and synergy projects with the BPCE group.
On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the framing of topics and ensuring their proper execution by the team;
- Monitoring budget, staff plan, and competency matrix;
- Leading, planning, and distributing tasks;
- Leading the team, setting, monitoring, and adjusting individual and collective goals, as well as conducting annual and follow-up interviews with internal employees;
- Coordinating and controlling operational risks, as well as ensuring the implementation of governance and comitology;
- Encouraging and supervising the dynamic of continuous improvement by coordinating action plans, particularly in response to business needs;
- Explaining the meaning of change and ensuring understanding by involving employees in its implementation.
