About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage engineering projects at our Procter & Gamble Amiens plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as developing comprehensive project plans and establishing timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering projects, including design, construction, and equipment validation activities.
- Develop and implement project plans, establish timelines, and allocate resources to achieve project goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, risks, and conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies to drive process improvements and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies throughout project lifecycle.
- Track project expenses, manage budgets, and provide regular project status reports to senior management.
Requirements
- Master degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Good mastery in English and good understanding of technical language.
- Meaningful experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
