This company is in search of a Construction Supervisor focused on Flooring and Interior Finishing to oversee various public sector projects, including educational institutions and municipal buildings, as well as real estate developments.


Job Description

  • Oversee the successful execution of 3 to 7 construction projects, ensuring all challenges are addressed and resolved
  • Review and interpret technical documentation
  • Coordinate project timelines and manage subcontractor activities
  • Manage procurement processes and oversee delivery logistics
  • Participate in site meetings and prepare detailed reports

Profile Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the interior finishing sector, with a focus on flooring materials (tiles, parquet, vinyl, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
  • Willingness to work in the regions of 59/62/80/60/02, with a company vehicle provided for travel
  • This is an onsite position; remote work is not an option
