Company: ADMR is seeking a dedicated Social Life Support Worker to provide essential support in the Tavarny region.

Position: Permanent Contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, and mobility support.
  • Ensure a clean and safe living environment through regular maintenance and laundry tasks.
  • Facilitate social engagement by accompanying individuals on shopping trips, leisure activities, and appointments.
  • Monitor and encourage the personal development and well-being of clients.

Work schedule includes one weekend shift every two or three weeks.

Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time positions.

Travel expenses are compensated, with a focus on serving clients in proximity to your residence.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possession of the Auxiliary of Social Life State Diploma (DEAVS).
  • State Diploma in Educational Support and Social Accompaniment (DEAES) with specializations in 'home life support' and 'collective structures' (DEAES).
  • Other recognized qualifications in line with the collective agreement for this role.
  • Open to both experienced candidates and newcomers, depending on the responsibilities assigned.
  • Strong autonomy, organizational skills, interpersonal abilities, discretion, adaptability, and teamwork are essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Permanent Contract.
  • Compensation based on the collective agreement for the home care sector.
  • Position categorized as Employee.
  • Role involves interventions within the designated service area.
