- Develop High-Performance Streaming Platform: Compose our control and data planes to ease customer adoption and reduce operational burden.
- Integrate Open Source Solutions: Operate Kafka efficiently by integrating open source solutions with internal systems.
- Optimize Kafka Client Behavior: Tweak low-level Kafka client behavior to optimize high-throughput application performance.
- Drive Complex Projects: Be accountable for timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Mentor Junior Team Members: Share your expertise and experience with junior team members and interns.
- Operate Independently: Methodically experiment, rapidly iterate, and have no fear of failure.
