The Software Solutions Administrator plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of departmental software systems. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including DSI, departmental leaders, service managers, and end-users, to facilitate digital initiatives related to inventory management, user requests, and software upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to spearhead digital projects aimed at improving software applications.
- Offer comprehensive support to users for a range of software tools.
- Oversee the entire process for software users, from the selection of tools to their implementation, ensuring thorough analysis of user requirements and software assessments.
- Design and implement training programs for departmental staff and users of mail management systems.
- Enhance software utilization by establishing administrative protocols and evaluating software performance.
- Conduct performance benchmarks, recommend improvements, and assist in the documentation of contracts.
Software Proficiencies:
- Management of inventory and user requests
- CONDECO: room booking system
- SEAL: access management and multifunctional professional cards
- ELISE: email tracking system
- AS - TECH: vehicle fleet management
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in project engineering or management, with a strong background in planning and diagnostic tools. The role requires technical and functional oversight of software solutions, along with the capability to conduct training sessions and manage organizational change. Open to professionals from engineering and territorial administration backgrounds.
Reporting to the Director of Public Procurement and Resources, the Software Solutions Administrator is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of departmental software, collaborating closely with DSI, DAPR services, and external providers.
