Job Title: Executive Recruitment Specialist

Ubisoft Entertainment is seeking an experienced Executive Recruitment Specialist to join our Global Talent Center of Expertise within Ubisoft HQ. As a key member of our Executive Recruitment team, you will play a critical role in strengthening Ubisoft Executive talent globally and across all Organization Units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full recruitment processes for our Executive community, including initial briefs, internal and external sourcing, candidate management, and stakeholder management.
  • Build active relationships with passive candidates and maintain live and actionable talent pools for future needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and Compensation and Benefits team on offer process, including presentation and negotiation of offers.
  • Provide talent and market insights to top management based on benchmarks, discussions with market leaders, and ad hoc market analysis.
  • Participate in process improvement projects to ensure we offer the best service to hiring managers and top management.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in full recruitment process management in an international environment.
  • Experience in executive recruitment, including direct search, hard-to-find profiles, and long processes.
  • Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders during complex recruitment processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to build lasting relationships with candidates outside of active recruitment process.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including Compensation & Benefits, Legal, and HR.
