The Global Business Unit Renewables within ENGIE Group is focused on enhancing the development of renewable energy projects. With a varied portfolio that includes solar, wind, and hydroelectric energy, the unit is committed to significantly increasing its installed capacity in the coming years.
The R-GBU Digital division is in search of an IT Functional Architect to take charge of the design, integration, and implementation of solutions within the IMS program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the solution design and implementation process
- Facilitate seamless integration among different modules
- Ensure alignment of solutions with the overarching digital ecosystem
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to convert requirements into actionable solutions
- Lead a team of business analysts
- Assess and recommend solutions to fulfill business requirements
- Guarantee data integrity and compliance with requirements
- Assist in testing, data migration, and post-implementation activities
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at change management
Main Challenges:
- Working within a global context
- Steering the standardization of processes
- Creating solutions with an agile approach
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Information Technology and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial setting. A background as a functional architect or IT team leader, along with familiarity with SAP or ERP systems, is preferred. Strong analytical capabilities, a customer-focused mindset, and proficiency in both English and French are crucial.
