Procurement Specialist

Purchasing and Supply Chain Expertise

At Force Interim, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and supply chain management, with a focus on non-production materials, services, and local CAPEX.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement and Sourcing
  • Lead purchasing activities for non-production materials, services, and local CAPEX
  • Manage the purchase of all tests, lab testing, and test equipment
  • Manage orders following these test purchases
• Supply Base Management
  • Establish trustful and long-term relationships with selected suppliers
  • Manage suppliers' accounts creations and maintenance
  • Develop the supply base to reach state-of-the-art level in all activities fields
• Contractual Management
  • Manage contractual relationships, including intellectual property, payments terms & conditions, etc.
  • Work with the legal department to ensure the legal soundness of contractual relationships

Requirements

• High school diploma + 2 years
• 3 years experience in purchasing area (preferably in the automotive sector) or relevant
• Technical background

Technical Skills

• Strong negotiator
• Fluency in foreign language(s) business level, English
• Strong organizational skills and prioritize tasks to meet department objectives

Soft Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with other functional areas and suppliers
• Adaptability on multicultural and cross-departmental relations and team spirits
