Job Title: Cashier - Web Order Picker M/F

Reporting directly to the store manager and collaborating closely with the entire store team, you will engage daily to deliver exceptional customer service and embody our brand's values. Your role is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Provide enthusiastic and courteous customer service, both in-person and over the phone
• Offer information, guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage returns and various inquiries (disputes, discrepancies, e-reservations, etc.)
• Ensure efficiency and smooth operations at the cash register
• Process customer payments in accordance with established cash handling procedures
• Promote and enhance our services (payment options, gift cards, loyalty programs)
• Assist in preparing financing applications
• Express gratitude to customers and promote a positive image of the company

Your responsibilities as a Web Order Picker will include:

• Inspect and verify product conditions (defective items, labeling accuracy, promotional compliance, packaging, etc.)
• Facilitate product shipments, ensuring timely deliveries for customers
• Manage customer notifications related to order tracking through the designated tool
• Process returns and document reasons in the system, ensuring customer compliance with procedures

We are primarily seeking a friendly, approachable, and respectful individual to maintain cashier balance and provide an exceptional welcome to our customers. Your service orientation and teamwork will be crucial for success in this position. You should feel comfortable communicating and sharing your energy and enthusiasm with the rest of the team. Regular involvement in or a keen interest in sports will enhance your understanding of sports textiles, accessories, and/or equipment. Ideally, you possess a high school diploma in commerce/service and have relevant experience, preferably acquired in a retail environment where customer satisfaction is paramount.
