As a Digital Communication Specialist at ARISTID, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, utilizing technological tools to deliver high-quality projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Project Briefing: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements.
  • Production and Quality Control: Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials, and maintaining the company's brand identity.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting deadlines, and adhering to project plans.
  • Client Communication: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project materials to clients, maintaining open communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit client invoices in a timely manner, utilizing the company's financial management tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
