We are currently seeking an Operational Efficiency Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lean manufacturing principles and practices across multiple sites globally.

This is a unique opportunity to drive cultural change within a complex organization. You will lead a network of employees and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Your typical day will involve:

  • Developing and implementing lean strategies
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Training and developing employees on lean principles and practices
  • Analyzing performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement roles
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing lean initiatives
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality systems
  • Lean Expertise (Black Belt certification required)
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills
  • Fluent English language skills

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
