Responsable du master Quantum Engineering

Le responsable du master Quantum Engineering est chargé de la mise en œuvre des orientations stratégiques et pédagogiques du master. Il est responsable de la coordination des activités d'enseignement et de la gestion des ressources humaines.

Activités principales
  • Assister le responsable du master et le comité de pilotage dans la mise en œuvre des orientations stratégiques et pédagogiques.
  • Mettre en place des nouveaux enseignements de travaux pratiques et fournir une assistance technique et scientifique dans leur réalisation.
  • Coordonner l'offre de formation pratique dans les laboratoires.
  • Coordonner les activités d'enseignements numériques du master, en lien avec un réseau d'universités partenaires (projet DigiQ).
  • Préparer en lien avec la direction du master les réunions du comité de pilotage, suivre les actions prévues.
  • Participer à la gouvernance du master, assurer et optimiser les liens entre la direction du master et les services de l'ENS, les laboratoires et équipes impliquées, assister la direction du master dans les relations avec les autres établissements de PSL impliqués dans le master, les partenaires externes (PCQT, QuantEdu France).
  • Contribuer à construire et à consolider les liens avec le tissu socio-économique.
  • Organiser le « reporting » auprès de l'ANR en collaboration avec la direction du master.
  • Participer à l'élaboration du budget et assurer le suivi de son exécution en lien avec les services financiers et le service de partenariat de la recherche.
  • Proposer et conduire une politique de communication des formations PhDTrack in Physics de PSL, en interne, auprès des établissements de PSL, et en externe.
  • Mettre à jour et faire évoluer les pages web du master dans les sites des établissements de PSL en collaboration avec le comité de pilotage, proposer des supports de communication (affiches, brochures, réseaux sociaux, etc.).

  • Organisation et fonctionnement de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche publique.
  • Méthodologie de conduite de projet.
  • Techniques de communication.
  • Langue anglaise: B1 à B2 (cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues).
Savoir-faire opérationnel
  • Maîtriser les outils bureautiques.
  • Structurer et rédiger un document d'information technique ou réglementaire.
  • Savoir rendre compte.
  • Savoir rechercher l'information, la vérifier et la diffuser.
  • Communiquer, faire preuve de pédagogie et s'adapter à divers interlocuteurs.
  • Travailler en équipe et en autonomie.
  • Aptitude à l'encadrement, à l'animation de réunion et à la gestion de projet.

Diplôme et expérience professionnelle

Diplôme: Master ou équivalent.

Expérience professionnelle: une expérience sur poste similaire serait appréciée.
