About the Role
Groupe PAROT is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing and Communication team based in Bordeaux (Bruges). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing 360° marketing plans to promote our utility and heavy-duty vehicle ranges to our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 360° marketing plans (online and offline) that meet the requirements of our manufacturers and business objectives of the industrial vehicles department.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and sales tools such as mailings, emails, landing pages, brochures, videos, presentations, advertisements, and product literature, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
- Organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and develop our network of prospects and customers.
- Analyze the performance of 360° marketing plans and propose adjustments to optimize results.
- Ensure budget tracking and invoicing for all actions.
- Conduct competitive monitoring to stay informed about market trends and best practices in our industry or related sectors.
Requirements
- You hold a marketing-related degree (Bac +3) and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of implementing 360° marketing operations.
- A background in a distribution network or BtoB industry would be an asset.
- You are result-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed set objectives.
- You have a creative and innovative spirit, capable of proposing new ideas to differentiate our products on the market.
- You are also able to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments and levels of management.
- Finally, you are flexible and adaptable to work in a constantly evolving environment.
