Your Role
As a Client Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding European clients through their migration processes and maintaining ongoing partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships as the primary liaison for technical development and issue resolution.
- Prioritizing and triaging client requests, effectively communicating their needs to the development team.
- Summarizing client requirements and timelines for internal stakeholders.
- Assisting clients in achieving their business objectives through effective technology solutions.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to implement product features.
- Aligning client strategies with Kraken's operational goals.
- Possibility of extending your role to other regions, including France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, and Greece.
Qualifications
You are an ideal candidate if you possess:
- Extensive experience in client delivery or product ownership.
- Strong background in agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in product management and understanding customer journeys.
- Solid grasp of technology trends and their implications.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and challenge conventional thinking.
- Experience managing complex delivery pipelines for clients.
- Patience and initiative, recognizing that client transformations require time and understanding.
- Effective time management and a proactive approach.
- Consulting experience is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Willingness to attend on-site meetings as needed.
