Engineering Manager

At The Peninsula Paris, we are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our prestigious team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all technical installations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain technical installations, including water, electricity, air conditioning, compressed air, refrigeration, and pool treatment systems.
- Train, motivate, and supervise department members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work.
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to optimize results and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor technical team activities, update systems, and check staff punctuality and appearance.
- Develop and implement energy-saving policies and manage resources effectively.
Requirements:
- Higher education in a technical field, such as electrical engineering, HVAC, or refrigeration.
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar field.
- Practical and theoretical skills in refrigeration, air conditioning, building pathology, and water treatment.
- Strong customer orientation, availability, dynamism, responsiveness, diagnostic skills, autonomy, rigor, and method.
- Fluency in English.
