We are in search of dedicated security personnel for prominent retail environments.

Your primary duties will encompass:
  • Monitoring:
  • Establish a visible presence in critical areas of the store.
  • Observe customer and employee activities.
  • Identify and deter suspicious actions.
  • Theft Prevention:
  • Inspect customers' bags and personal items at exits.
  • Utilize surveillance tools (cameras, anti-theft systems) to avert theft.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to recognize unusual behaviors.
  • Conflict Resolution:
  • Engage in conflicts, disputes, or potentially hazardous situations.
  • Mitigate tensions and implement procedures.
  • Notify authorities when necessary.
  • Documentation and Communication:
  • Prepare incident reports and necessary documentation.
  • Work alongside store personnel for effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid security agent certification.
  • Familiarity with theft prevention and security strategies.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication and observational skills.
