We are seeking a highly skilled Industrialization Engineer to join our team at IDEMIA. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of production materials, equipment, and technologies before conducting mass production.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and support investment cases by conducting technical, economic, and capacity studies.
- Present these investment cases to management and ensure their successful implementation.
- Write technical specifications based on customer requirements and create all related project documentation.
- Lead the acceptance qualification phases, including ramp-up at the supplier and IDEMIA sites, by anticipating and implementing necessary tests, measures, and technical documentations.
- Coordinate process and technology transfer between sites.
- Participate in the process, technology, and equipment life cycle from technological check-ups to obsolescence.
- Manage projects at the operational level, ensuring timely delivery within approved timelines and budget.
- Ensure necessary documentation is available to production sites.
- Support manufacturing for problem-solving when necessary.
- Identify and propagate best practices to reduce overall costs and improve quality.
- Provide expertise on critical processes.
- Define and deploy qualified technologies in autonomy.
- Define and deploy new technologies under supervision.
- Manage projects at the operational level with key milestones, risk analysis, and regular reporting to ensure project delivery within approved timelines and budget in autonomy.
- Support investment cases by conducting technical, economic, and capacity studies.
- Participate in the process, technology, and equipment life cycle from techno-watch up to obsolescence.
- Support manufacturing for problem-solving when necessary.
