Job Summary:
The Senior Service Engineer - Field Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers in the field, ensuring that their equipment is functioning properly and efficiently. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to customers, including maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
- Manage installations, provide service and visit reports, and technical support for all machinery within your responsibilities.
- Train customers on maintenance, operation, safety, and cleaning of machinery.
- Work with the aftermarket team to implement aftermarket activities such as services, promotion, and CRM.
- Identify sales opportunities and pass information onto the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in machine servicing within food processing plants.
- Mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering expertise.
- PLC knowledge of Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen Bradley.
- BTS maintenance industrielle.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Office.
- Excellent French and English language skills.
