Job Title: Merchandising Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Projects Managers in their day-to-day tasks with internal stakeholders and merchandising agencies within the HUGO BOSS merchandising team.
  • Design and delivery of Temporary in-Store materials for several initiatives at the same time.
  • Collaborate with design agencies from creative brief to artwork production.
  • Follow-up and feedback the markets on local executions.
  • Transform creative concept into technical briefs for buying material purposes or local production.
  • Help to manage the project, ensure deadlines, delivery, and implementation of the assets.
  • Create and draw up the associated merchandising guidelines.
  • Do benchmarks and competitive reviews.
  • Update planograms using IWD software.

  • Go to market team: merchandising or trade contacts in the regions.
  • Design creative agencies.
  • Artwork agencies.
  • POSM suppliers.
Requirements:
  • A business school or creative background student.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or creative software.
  • English fluent.
  • Interested in beauty, fashion, or luxury goods industries.
  • Creative, curious, open-minded, proactive, organized, and multi-tasks.
