Position: Building Painter

MyJobCompany is seeking a skilled Building Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

  • Executing the specifications provided by clients;
  • Assessing the type of surface (such as masonry, plaster, wood, metals, and plastics) and evaluating its condition (including any defects or deterioration);
  • Carrying out renovations, including the removal of wallpaper and paint from both new and existing surfaces;
  • Preparing surfaces and applying necessary coatings and primers;
  • Mixing paint and applying base, intermediate, and finishing layers;
  • Installing and securing various coverings, including flexible materials, cladding, thermal insulation panels, and fiberglass.

Previous experience in building painting is essential. A valid driver's license is advantageous. We look forward to receiving your application. Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
