Job Title: Solar Project Developer

Location: Pays de la Loire (La Roche-sur-Yon, Angers, Le Mans)

About the Role

As a Solar Project Developer, you will be responsible for carrying out the land identification and contract negotiation with landowners for Wind renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct the land identification process and negotiate the purchase/rent contracts with landowners.
  • Support and follow up the project management of our portfolio.
  • Increase our projects portfolio of Wind power plants through land acquisition.
  • Coordinate and support along all internal departments involved.
  • Manage and oversee the different phases of the development of the projects.

Requirements

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree in renewable energies will be considered a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in renewable energy projects is desirable.
  • Native French & B2 English proficiency.
  • Availability for travelling within the region.
  • Driving licence (B).
