Job Title: Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracts

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team at Flexis. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will play a crucial role in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, development contracts, and supply agreements.
  • Provide guidance and direction on regulatory developments and establish resolution strategies to minimize risks.
  • Act as a business partner, providing legal advice and support to peers and management, and anticipating and managing legal risks associated with business strategy and operations.
  • Ensure claims and disputes are handled in a cost-effective manner, minimizing risks to the company.
  • Provide internal training on legal and compliance issues and ensure monitoring and contract governance activities.
Requirements:
  • French Law Degree (possibly completed abroad).
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in a law firm or in a company of the industrial sector.
  • Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex issues verbally and in writing, and to liaise and influence at all levels and across different areas of business.
  • Results-oriented and pragmatic approach, with the ability to see the broader picture and find resolution to minimize risk while forward business goals.
  • Fluent in both French and English.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines and to multitask and organize.
