Job Title: Hospital Pharmacist

  • Evaluation and endorsement of medical prescriptions
  • Monitoring of drug safety and material safety
  • Oversight of inventory (medications, medical apparatus)
  • Management of stock levels
  • Dispensing of pharmaceuticals and sterile medical instruments
  • Guidance of pharmacy technicians
  • Involvement in risk assessment and ensuring the safety of the medication distribution process
  • Participation in various committees (COMEDIMS, CLIN, CLUD, CRIVI...)
  • Educating healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of pharmaceuticals and medical devices
  • Exclusion of chemotherapy or dialysis responsibilities
  • In-house sterilization processes

Candidate Profile

  • Pharmacy degree and valid professional license
  • Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is advantageous
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical safety standards in a hospital environment
