About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Architect to join our team in Germany. As an IT Architect, you will work with small teams to deliver IT projects for clients across a diverse range of industries. Key focus areas include designing and implementing IT strategies, optimizing IT architecture, enhancing cybersecurity, improving dev process & system performance, and driving the digitization of processes and organizations.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (such as computer science, information technology, or engineering) from a top university.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in IT consulting or within an agency environment, working with multiple clients on IT architecture, infrastructure design, or technology strategy projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT architecture design, system integration, and technology implementation.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative IT solutions.
- An understanding of, or keen interest in, emerging digital trends and technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in managing client relationships and leading technical discussions.
- An international background and the ability to grow and be successful in multicultural organisations.
- Proficiency in using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to learn new tools, in particular digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation software).
- Fluent in French and English.
