Country Manager for France

Position Overview: As the Country Manager for our French operations, you will oversee the strategic direction and performance of our subsidiary located near Lyon. Your leadership will guide a team of enthusiastic and skilled professionals, ensuring effective communication regarding business outcomes in relation to established objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of business operations in France, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Promote and sell our sophisticated, consultative products to a discerning clientele.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

Qualifications:
- Completed technical education, preferably with additional qualifications in technical engineering.
- Extensive experience in the machine tool industry.
- Proven track record in technical sales.
- Ability to operate autonomously, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong customer service focus.
- Experience in managerial roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a confident demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
