Your Role

Transdev Rouen employs a substantial workforce, generates significant annual revenue, and operates a large fleet of public transport vehicles. As the primary provider of public transportation in the region, we serve numerous municipalities and facilitate millions of trips each year.

Your Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work in a dynamic and purposeful environment, contributing to essential public services. Your varied responsibilities will aid in your professional growth.

  • Provide executive secretarial support to members of the Regional Management Board
  • Oversee the coordination of executive secretarial tasks
  • Manage calendars, travel logistics, meeting arrangements, correspondence, file organization, and archiving
  • Organize occasional events such as seminars, meetings, and trips
  • Offer administrative assistance for communication-related activities
  • Coordinate the assistants of the Management Board members

Communication Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication across all levels of the organization
  • Prepare, produce, and ensure the dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders
  • Organize social events to foster cohesion within the Management Board
  • Ensure the integrity and accessibility of information
  • Update organizational charts and manage their distribution
  • Handle logistical aspects of management meetings, compile necessary information, and conduct research as needed
  • Prepare reports, minutes, or presentations for various meetings
  • Monitor deadlines and send reminders

Additional Duties (as needed):

  • Assist in organizing internal and external events in collaboration with relevant managers
  • Contribute to projects related to corporate social responsibility and internal communication

Your Qualifications

You possess experience in executive administrative management and hold at least a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in the MS Office suite is essential, along with skills in design software such as InDesign or Canva. You are proactive, organized, and methodical, approaching tasks with precision and a positive attitude. Confidentiality is crucial to you, and you excel at taking initiative. Your exceptional writing and verbal communication skills make you an effective communicator. As a facilitator, you enjoy supporting others and are adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
