About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and repairing refrigeration systems for various industrial clients.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with refrigeration systems, utilizing your expertise to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Handle refrigerants responsibly and in accordance with all applicable regulations and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client concerns, maintaining clear communication, and exceeding expectations for service quality.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide emergency support and respond to urgent maintenance requests.
- Possess a solid technical background in refrigeration or HVAC systems, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their operation and maintenance.
- Have proven experience working as a Refrigeration Technician in an industrial setting, showcasing your ability to handle complex repairs and installations.
- Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills, effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
- Exhibit autonomy, meticulous attention to detail, and the adaptability to work effectively in diverse environments.
- Hold a valid driver's license and be comfortable traveling to various client sites.
