Arabelle Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the commercial and contractual aspects of large and complex nuclear plant projects. As part of the project management team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring that all phases of design, procurement, and construction are executed according to project contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Advise sales and legal teams on commercial and contractual aspects of tendering activities for allocated projects.
- Manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects in execution to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Establish Project Commercial Execution Plan and Project Variation/Claim/Insurance Strategy.
- Coordinate project team to achieve and improve margin.
- Perform risks and opportunities management.
- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients, partners, and main subcontractors/vendors.
- High degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, or Business Administration.
- 10 years of experience in the Nuclear industry with at least 5 years of experience in contract management, project management, or legal for large/complex projects.
- 5 years of experience with Russian customers.
- Good commercial knowledge for assessing business risks and opportunities.
- Good knowledge of project contracts and contract law.
- Project Management education and professional registration.
- Knowledge of Arabelle Solutions plant characteristics.
- Insightful and able to collaborate with other business team members.
- Broad commercial knowledge covering multiple disciplines.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and working knowledge of at least one other language.
- Knowledge in written and spoken Russian.
