The Senior Technical Project Coordinator position is part of our Core Services team, which operates within our expansive One Global Delivery Organization (OGD). This team, comprising over 275 professionals, focuses on ensuring our clients successfully launch on our TXM platform, adhering to timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards while delivering delightful experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for the effective delivery of our platform, collaborating closely with clients from the moment contracts are signed until the launch. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, consulting skills, and project management capabilities. You will oversee project execution, offering both functional and technical guidance while managing resources across various teams within OGD that contribute to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing comprehensive solutions to ensure optimal configurations for maximum value realization.
  • Guarantee successful project delivery while collecting valuable insights on market readiness to enhance our platform.
  • Monitor and report on project performance to all stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are managed within acceptable risk parameters.
  • Coordinate multiple implementation projects, collaborating with resources across diverse teams.
  • Create and oversee project plans, guiding teams to execute effectively.
  • Develop a robust technical understanding of our TXM platform to provide consultation on standard technical setups.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project implementations.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in technical project management, particularly in delivering SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and Software Development Life Cycles, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience working with Agile SCRUM or Kanban teams.
  • Practical technical experience in integrations, data migrations, and product provisioning is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SSO, SSL, URL Structure, and APIs is a plus.
  • Background in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management technologies and processes is beneficial.
