We are seeking a highly skilled Solvency II Reporting Specialist to join our team at SCOR. As a key member of our reporting team, you will be responsible for coordinating the production and delivery of Solvency II qualitative reports, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the development of our reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the production of annual Solvency and Financial Condition Reports (SFCR) and Regular Supervisory Reports (RSR) in English and French, coordinating with key stakeholders and contributors, managing the internal and external review and delivery process, and monitoring compliance with requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional processes to obtain contributions from various teams across the Group, ensuring quality and consistency of the reports, and lead reports roll-forward to the next reporting period and production cycle.
- Manage reporting process improvements and reports industrialization, implementing and maintaining the reporting tool, coordinating service providers and consultants, and supporting the preparation of the financial sections of the narrative reports in liaison with a range of stakeholders.
- Support the management of Solvency II Pillar 3 reporting regulatory watch across SCOR Group, following reporting requirements of EIOPA, the European Central Bank, and national regulators, and communicating on P3 compliance across teams involved in reporting and following up on new developments.
- Coordinate between different stakeholders of narrative reporting and compliance specialists, manage and coordinate the part of the reporting tool related to SII narrative reports, and contribute to other regulatory and financial reporting initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial reporting team, with proven work experience within a Solvency II environment.
- Sound IFRS knowledge and ability to analyze requirements and reduce complicated factual contents to the essentials.
- Excellent English and French language skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build constructive relations across the Group.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit, well-organized, efficient, and autonomous, with analytical and thorough skills.
- Conscientious, curious, and enthusiastic, with flexibility and reactivity to respond to a constantly evolving environment.
- Trustworthy, honest, and high ethical and personal standards.
- SAP BFC/DM know-how and very good Microsoft Office know-how are a plus.
- BAC+5 in finance or equivalent, and at least five years in a reporting department of a publicly traded company or Big 4 audit firm.
