We are in search of a seasoned IT project manager specialized in banking to enhance our team.
In your role within the IT division that supports the operational sectors of a leading bank, you will oversee a significant project in partnership with the project director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing IT initiatives and facilitating collaboration between IT and business units;
- Establishing project frameworks and operational guidelines (Agile/V-cycle, tools);
- Setting project goals and timelines in conjunction with project teams;
- Overseeing resource allocation, budget management, and scheduling;
- Formulating and executing action plans in collaboration with project stakeholders;
- Assessing project risks and devising mitigation strategies;
- Tracking project advancement and reporting outcomes;
- Organizing and leading project meetings;
Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering or a related field;
- Extensive experience as an IT project manager within the banking sector;
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies;
- Expertise in project management software (Clarity, MS Project).
