Camo Emploi de Pontchateau is seeking to hire a skilled AJUSTER M/F for our esteemed client, a leader in the field of innovative aerospace composite structures.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interpreting technical drawings and schematics
  • Executing installation tasks (including drilling, boring, milling, and threading)
  • Aligning and assembling components accurately
  • Ensuring the integrity and protection of assembled parts
  • Maintaining accurate traceability records

The ideal candidate will possess a CQPM Ajusteur certification and have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in similar positions.

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of composite materials and assembly techniques, as well as proficiency in reading technical plans and utilizing specialized tools.

Attention to detail and manual dexterity are essential to achieve high-quality finishes. Candidates should be self-sufficient yet able to work collaboratively while adhering to safety protocols.

This position operates on a 2*8 shift schedule.
